Terri's Tuesday Tip of the Week - August 30th

In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity. - Albert Einstein

How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world. - Anne Frank

When one door closes another door opens; but we so often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door, that we do not see the ones which open for us. - Alexander Graham Bell

By perseverance the snail reached the ark. - Charles Spurgeon

Perseverance, secret of all triumphs. - Victor Hugo

How many times are you willing to try again?  Recently, I heard the story of Formula 409 and just had to pass this awesome, inspiring story on.

There are many urban legends about how Formula 409 received its name.  Some believe that it was the area code of the location of where the cleaning product was developed and others believe it was the birthday of one of the inventor’s wives.  However, that is not true.  Based on the website www.formula409.com, “formulating the greatest grease-cutting, dirt-destroying, bacteria cutting cleaner on the planet” is credited to two Detroit scientist that would not give up and knew they had to keep trying until they had the best formula.  They tried 408 times and were not happy with the formula and FINALLY on the 409th time they were satisfied with the formula fighting cleaner.

CHALLENGE: How many times are you willing to keep trying to accomplish a DREAM?  I can assure you that there will be down times and feelings of defeat, but it is all in your tenacity and perseverance that will determine if you will accomplish it.

DO YOU HAVE IT IN YOU????
